بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر نیازهای دانشی کشتکاران اکالیپتوس در استان گلستان

چکیده

این تحقیق توصیفی و پیمایشی با هدف تعیین عوامل مؤثر بر نیازهای دانشی کشتکاران اکالیپتوس در استان گلستان انجام گرفت. جمعیت مورد بررسی، کلیۀ کشتکاران اکالیپتوس در استان گلستان به تعداد 300 نفر بودند که از بین آنها 170 نفر به‌صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. جمع‌آوری اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامه صورت گرفت که روایی محتوایی آن با استفاده از نظر متخصصان و پایایی آن با اجرای پیش‌آزمون تأیید شد. نتایج همبستگی نشان داد بین متغیرهای سن، سطح تحصیلات، سابقۀ فعالیت کشاورزی، سابقۀ کشت اکالیپتوس، سطح زیر کشت زراعت چوب، حد مراجعه به کارشناسان و افراد با تجربه در زمینۀ تولید چوب، حد شرکت در کلاس‌ها و برنامه‌های ترویجی، حد حضور در برنامه‌های بازدید جمعی از مزارع نمونه و الگویی و تعداد ساعات گوش کردن به رادیو در طول روز با نیاز دانشی کشتکاران در زمینۀ کاشت، داشت و برداشت اکالیپتوس رابطۀ معنی‌داری وجود دارد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که سابقۀ کاشت اکالیپتوس، شرکت در کلاس‌ها و دوره‌های ترویجی، مراجعه به کارشناسان و افراد باتجربه در زمینۀ تولید چوب و سطح زیر کشت زراعت چوب از مهم‌ترین متغیرهای پیش‌بینی‌کنندۀ نیازهای دانشی کشتکاران در زمینۀ کاشت، داشت و برداشت اکالیپتوس است. استمرار استفاده از شیوه‌هایی چون تشکیل کلاس‌ها و برنامه‌های ترویجی، بازدید جمعی از مزارع نمونه و الگویی، مراجعۀ کشتکاران به کارشناسان و افراد باتجربه در تولید چوب و تهیه و تولید برنامه‌های رادیویی در آموزش کشتکاران با هدف پاسخگویی به نیاز آموزشی آنان، از جمله پیشنهادهای این پژوهش است.

The aim of this descriptive and survey research was to determine the factors affecting the knowledge needs of Eucalyptus growers in Golestan Province. The data were collected using descriptive-correlation research and survey techniques. The study population consisted all of 300 Eucalyptus growers in Golestan province, out of which, 170 growers were randomly selected. Data was collected through a questionnaire which its content validity and reliability were confirmed by a pilot study using experts comments. The correlation test showed that there is a significant relationship between variables age, literacy level, history of agricultural activity, Eucalyptus cultivation background, wood crop cultivation area, visiting experts and people with experience in the field of wood growing, attendance in extension classes and programs, presence in collective visit programs from typical and model fields, number of hours listening to the radio during the day and knowledge needs of Eucalyptus growers in planting, growing and harvesting. Regression analysis results showed that Eucalyptus cultivation background, attendance in extension classes and programs, visiting experts and people with experience in the field of wood and wood crop cultivation area are the most important predictors for knowledge needs of Eucalyptus growers in the fields of planting, growing, and harvesting. This study recommended continuous use of practices such as extension classes and programs, collective visit programs from typical and model fields, visiting experts and people with experience in the field of wood growing, preparing and production the radio programs in wood grower training with the aim of response to their knowledge needs.
