Current research studied the effect of four forest stands with different composition of Fagus/Carpinus/ Alnus/Diospyros (600 -700 m), Fagus/Carpinus/Alnus (1100 - 1200 m), Fagus/Carpinus (1600 -1700 m) and pure Fagus (2100 - 2200 m) located in Golband district of Noushahr, on litter and soil qualitative characters. In each of forest stands, eight organic and mineral samples (25×25 area to 30 cm soil depth) were taken and transferred to the laboratory. To investigate the difference and or non-difference the studied characteristics among different forest stands, one-way ANOVA and the Duncan multiple tests were employed. The litter (carbon and nitrogen contents) and soil (water content, pH, organic C, total N, earthworm density/biomass, nematode density and microbial activities) properties were measured. According to results, the maximum of soil earthworms (with higher ratio of epigeic) and nematodes recorded under Fagus mixed with Carpinus, Alnus and Diospyros. In addition, tree diversity in mixed stand of Fagus/Carpinus/Alnus/Diospyros improved microbial activities (i.e. basal respiration, substrate induced respiration, microbial biomass C and N, microbial and metabolic quotients and carbon availability index) compared to the other studied forest stands. PCA is indicating the outstanding effects of soil organic and mineral layers on the variation of soil biological properties. The result of this research shows the positive role of tree species diversity in improving qualitative and soil health.}, keywords = {Beech,Earthworm,Nematode,microbial indicators}, title_fa = {بررسی فعالیت جانداران خاک‌زی و میکروبی خاک در زیرآشکوب توده‌های خالص و آمیختۀ پهن‌برگ جنگل‌های خزری}, abstract_fa = {فعالیت ارگانیسم‌های خاک‌زی و جمعیت آنها شاخص مناسبی برای ارزیابی کیفیت و سلامت خاک در اکوسیستم‌های جنگلی است که هم‌راستا با حاصلخیزی و باروری رویشگاه است. در پژوهش حاضر، مشخصه‌های کیفی لاشبرگ و خاک در چهار تودۀ جنگلی با ترکیب‌های مختلف درختان شامل راش/ ممرز/ توسکا/ خرمندی (دامنۀ ارتفاعی 700-600 متری)، راش/ ممرز/ توسکا (دامنۀ ارتفاعی 1200-1100 متری)، راش/ ممرز (دامنۀ ارتفاعی 1700-1600 متری) و راش خالص (دامنۀ ارتفاعی 2200-2100 متری) در حوزۀ گلبند نوشهر بررسی شد. در هر یک از توده‌ها، هشت نمونه از لایه‌های آلی و معدنی (در سطح 25 × 25 تا عمق 15 سانتی‌متری خاک) برداشت و به آزمایشگاه انتقال داده شد. برای بررسی وجود یا نبود تفاوت مقادیر مشخصه‌های مورد نظر در توده‌های مختلف جنگلی از تجزیۀ واریانس یکطرفه استفاده شد و آزمون چنددامنه‌ای دانکن نیز برای مقایسۀ میانگین‌ها به‌کار گرفته شد. مشخصه‌های کیفی لاشبرگ (کربن و نیتروژن)، رطوبت، pH، کربن آلی، نیتروژن کل و همچنین مشخصه‌های زیستی خاک شامل تعداد و زی‌تودۀ کرم‌های خاکی، تعداد نماتدها و فعالیت‌های میکروبی خاک سنجیده شد. براساس نتایج، بیشترین فعالیت کرم‌های خاکی (با سهم بیشتر اپی‌ژئیک‌ها) و نماتدهای خاک‌زی در خاک سطحی تودۀ جنگلی راش آمیخته با ممرز، توسکا و خرمندی مشاهده شد. همچنین تنوع گونه‌های درختی در تودۀ آمیختۀ راش/ ممرز/ توسکا/ خرمندی به بهبود شاخص‌های میکروبی (تنفس میکروبی، تنفس برانگیخته، زی‌تودۀ میکروبی کربن، زی‌تودۀ میکروبی نیتروژن، ضریب میکروبی، ضریب متابولیکی و قابلیت دسترسی به کربن) خاک در مقایسه با دیگر توده‌های جنگلی بررسی‌شده منجر شد. تجزیۀ مؤلفه‌های اصلی حاکی از تأثیرات برجستۀ مشخصه‌های لایۀ آلی و معدنی خاک بر تغییرپذیری مشخصه‌های زیستی خاک است. نتیجۀ این تحقیق نشان‌دهندۀ تأثیر مثبت تنوع گونه‌های درختی در بهبود مشخصه‌های کیفی و سلامت خاک است.    }, keywords_fa = {راش,شاخص‌های میکروبی,کرم خاکی,نماتد خاک‌زی}, url = {https://www.ijf-isaforestry.ir/article_63499.html}, eprint = {https://www.ijf-isaforestry.ir/article_63499_4ef84802f4fd169d1fff921da4166008.pdf} }
