This study aims at assessing the risk factors of musculoskeletal disorders of work by QEC in forestry workers of two regions of Guilan and Mazandaran forests. In this study, statistical population included 51 workers in three jobs of felling and bucking, skidder driver, and manual loading worker were studied by census method. The Nordic questionnaire and QEC method were used for determining the prevalence of musculoskeletal symptoms and assessing the risk of these disorders, respectively. The results showed that the highest prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders was in the waist, neck and back segments, respectively. The significant relationship between weight, body mass index, work experience and smoking with musculoskeletal disorders was observed. Results of QEC evaluation showed that the 72.6 percent of worker are in risk level of 4, while these values for risk level 1, 2, and 3 were 7.8, 9.8, and 9.8, respectively. In vibration exposure, speed of operation and stress about 64.7, 62.7, and 70.6 percent of worker were in high and very high levels. The results indicate a high prevalence of disorder among workers. The main ergonomic problems in study area include inappropriate physical condition, bending and twisting of the waist, lifting and carrying heavy loads, vibration, speed during work and stress.}, keywords = {Felling and bucking,Forest utilization,Forest work accident,loading,Nordic questionnaire,Skidder}, title_fa = {ارزیابی ارگونومیک خطر ابتلا به اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی به روش QEC در عملیات بهره‌برداری از جنگل}, abstract_fa = {اختلالات اسکلتی- عضلانی از مهم‌ترین موضوعات در زمینۀ سلامت شغلی در دنیای امروز است که در بیشتر مشاغل شیوع بسیار زیادی دارد و پیشگیری از آن، مستلزم ارزیابی و اصلاح وضعیت‌های کاری است. مطالعۀ حاضر با هدف بررسی ریسک‌فاکتورهای اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی ناشی از کار، به روش QEC در کارگران دو منطقۀ جنگلی گیلان و مازندران انجام گرفت. جامعۀ آماری شامل 51 کارگر مرد شاغل در عملیات قطع و تبدیل درختان، بارگیری با دست و رانندۀ اسکیدر بود که به روش سرشماری بررسی شدند. برای تعیین شیوع علائم اسکلتی- عضلانی از پرسشنامۀ نوردیک و برای ارزیابی ریسک ابتلا به این اختلالات از روش ارزیابی سریع مواجهه استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین شیوع اختلالات اسکلتی- عضلانی به‌ترتیب در قسمت‌های کمر، پشت و گردن بود و بین وزن بدن، شاخص تودۀ بدن، سابقۀ کار و استعمال سیگار با اختلالات اسکلتی- عضلانی ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود دارد. در ارزیابی به روش QEC، 8/7 درصد از کارگران در سطح ریسک یک، 8/9 درصد در سطح ریسک دو، 8/9 درصد در سطح ریسک سه و 6/72 درصد در سطح ریسک چهار قرار گرفتند. در مواجهه با ارتعاش، میزان سرعت در عمل و استرس نیز به‌ترتیب 7/64، 7/62 و 6/70 درصد از کل کارگران در سطح بالا و بسیار بالا قرار داشتند. نتایج نشان‌دهندۀ شیوع زیاد اختلالات بین کارگران بررسی‌شده است و عمده‌ترین مشکلات ارگونومیک شامل وضعیت بدنی نامناسب، خمش و پیچش کمر، بلند کردن و حمل بارهای سنگین، ارتعاش، سرعت هنگام کار و استرس است.}, keywords_fa = {اسکیدر,بارگیری,پرسشنامۀ نوردیک,حوادث کار در جنگل,قطع و تبدیل}, url = {https://www.ijf-isaforestry.ir/article_84413.html}, eprint = {https://www.ijf-isaforestry.ir/article_84413_e92091242881eec4422a58c5e46f3f95.pdf} }
