In the current study, situation of tree decline of Brant`s oak (Quercus brantii Lindl.( of Kohmareh Sorkhi, Fars was assessed. The two affected stands by dieback in north and south aspects were identified and then two plots with variable areas were set so that 100 individual trees can be found in each plot. Moreover, two unaffected stands in the same geographical aspects were found and the same plots set as controls. Then, tree dieback severity was classified into four groups including fully health trees, sign of dieback just in upper parts of branch, dieback into the crown but less than 50% and finally dieback into the crown but more than 50%. All the oak trees within the sample plots were classified according to the four groups. Also, some tree characteristics such as origin (seed or root), coppice number, DBH, height and leaf area and dry biomass were recorded for all the trees. Also, we measured soil moisture content in all the plots. According to the results, around 11% of the trees in each affected plot belonged to the severe tree dieback group. Most of the moderate and severe dried trees were occurred in medium classes of diameter and height and their distribution follow a bell-shaped. Furthermore, soil moisture content in control plots were higher than dieback plots. Mean of leaf area and biomass of control plots were greater than those affected plots by tree dieback. Totally, there was no any significant difference in tree dieback rate between north and south aspects but it seems that moisture level is one of the key factors in tree dieback prevalence.}, keywords = {Dieback,soil moisture,Southern Zagros,Coppice stand}, title_fa = {خشکیدگی توده‌های خالص بلوط ایرانی (Quercus brantii Lindl.) در جنگل‌های زاگرس جنوبی، منطقۀ کوهمره‌سرخی استان فارس}, abstract_fa = {بیش از یک دهه است که جنگل‌های زاگرس با پدیده خشکیدگی روبه‌رو شده و آثار این بحران در مناطق مختلف نمایان است. با هدف بررسی وضعیت خشکیدگی درختان بلوط ایرانی در منطقۀ کوهمرۀ استان فارس چهار قطعه‌نمونۀ دائمی شامل دو قطعه‌نمونۀ دارای درختان متأثر از خشکیدگی در جهت‌های جنوبی و شمالی و دو قطعه‌نمونۀ شاهد (سالم) متناظر با مساحت شناور انتخاب شد، به‌طوری‌که 100 اصله درخت بلوط در آنها قرار بگیرد. شدت خشکیدگی به پنج طبقه شامل درختان سالم، دارای خشکیدگی سرشاخه، خشکیدگی تاج کمتر از 50 درصد، خشکیدگی تاج بیشتر از 50 درصد و درختان کاملاً خشکیده گروه‌بندی شد و وضعیت خشکیدگی درختان براساس آن ثبت شد. سایر مشخصه‌های درختان از جمله مبدأ (تک‌پایه یا شاخه‌زاد)، تعداد جست، قطر در ارتفاع نیم‌متری، قطر تاج، ارتفاع درخت و همچنین سطح و زیتودۀ برگ درختان نیز اندازه‌گیری شد. همچنین رطوبت خاک اندازه‌گیری شد. براساس نتایج، درصد خشکیدگی بیشتر از 50 درصد تاج در قطعه‌نمونه‌های تحت خشکیدگی 11 درصد بود. بیشترین درصد فراوانی درختان با خشکیدگی متوسط تا شدید متعلق به طبقات قطری و ارتفاعی میانی است و از الگوی زنگوله‌ای تبعیت می‌کند. به‌علاوه، درصد رطوبت خاک در قطعات‌نمونۀ شاهد نسبت به قطعات خشکیدگی بیشتر بود. میانگین سطح برگ و زیتودۀ برگ در قطعه‌نمونه‌های شاهد نسبت به خشکیده در هر دو دامنه بیشتر بود. به‌طور کلی، بین دامنۀ شمالی و جنوبی از نظر شدت خشکیدگی تفاوت معنی‌داری دیده نشد، اما به‌نظر می‌رسد عامل رطوبت در ریزوسفر ریشه نقش مهم و کلیدی در شیوع خشکیدگی درختان بلوط دارد.}, keywords_fa = {خشکیدگی,رطوبت خاک,زاگرس جنوبی,شاخه‌زاد}, url = {https://www.ijf-isaforestry.ir/article_114075.html}, eprint = {https://www.ijf-isaforestry.ir/article_114075_28e002ccec4c35f0b36e0c6651fbc868.pdf} }
