The present study investigated the accumulation of cadmium (Cd), lead (Pb), zinc (Zn), copper (Cu), nickel (Ni), and chromium (Cr) on needles of Pinus eldarica and leaves anatomical responses to urban pollutions in downtown of Tehran Mega city (Keshavarz Boulevard, henceforth KB) as the highest polluted area and in the Chitgar Forest Park (hereafter CFP), west of Tehran, as the lowest. To achieve this, needles were collected in 2015, summer season and structural characteristics needles, i.e., leaf surface, stomatal density, width and length of stomata, as well as epidermis and cuticle thickness, were measured. The results exhibited that the concentrations of Cd, Pb, Cr, and Cu in KB were 0.51, 8.41, 0.51 and 4.2 µg/g, respectively, which were more than those in the CFP (0.05, 2.18, 0.1 and 3.8 µg/g, respectively). No significant difference, however, was detected between KB and CFP in terms of Zn and Ni concentrations. Leaf area in KB (0.132 cm2) was less than that in CFP (0.137 cm2). Stomatal density and length in KB were 92 per mm2 and 20.9 µm, respectively, against those of CFP (112 per mm2 and 24.13 µm). Upper and lower epidermises in KB (5.3, 5.4 µm, respectively) was significantly thinner than those in CFP (6.2, 6.1 µm). The observed changes in anatomical properties are physiological and structural strategies of P. eldarica leaves against stress tolerance induced by urban pollutions. P. eldarica is anatomically sensitive to the pollutants concentrations measured in this study and needle leaves structural characteristics change to adapt to the pollution stress.}, keywords = {Anatomical properties,heavy metals,Pinus eldarica,Urban Pollution}, title_fa = {تجمع فلزات سنگین در سوزن‌های کاج تهران و پاسخ ساختمان برگ به آلودگی شهری}, abstract_fa = {آلودگی محیطی با فلزات سنگین روی تغییر ویژگیهای ساختمانی سوزنهای درختان سوزنی برگ تأثیر دارد. پژوهش حاضر بهمنظور اندازهگیری تجمع کادمیوم، سرب، روی، مس، نیکل و کروم در سوزنهای درختان کاج تهران (Pinus eldarica) و پاسخ آناتومیکی برگهای سوزنی این گونه به آلودگی موجود در شهر تهران (بلوار کشاورز) و مقایسۀ آن با منطقة شاهد (پارک جنگلی چیتگر) انجام گرفت. سوزنها در اواخر تابستان 1394 برای ارزیابی و اندازه‌گیری میزان فلزات سنگین مذکور و بررسی ویژگیهای ساختمانی برگ (سطح برگ، تراکم، طول و عرض روزنه، ضخامت لایههای کوتیکولی و اپیدرمی) جمعآوری شدند. نتایج نشان داد که کادمیوم، سرب، کروم و مس در مناطق آلودۀ شهری بهترتیب با غلظتهای 51/0، 41/8، 51/0 و 2/4 میکروگرم در گرم، بیشتر از پارک جنگلی چیتگر با غلظتهای 05/0، 18/2، 1/0 و 8/3 میکروگرم در گرم بود، ولی روی و نیکل تفاوت معنیداری را بین دو منطقة شهری و پارک جنگلی چیتگر نشان ندادند (5/0(P<. سطح برگ در منطقة شهری (132/0 سانتیمترمربع) کمتر از پارک جنگلی چیتگر (137/0 سانتیمتر مربع) اندازهگیری شد. تراکم و طول روزنه در منطقۀ شهری (به ترتیب 92 روزنه در میلیمتر مربع و 9/20 میکرومتر) کمتر از پارک جنگلی چیتگر (به ترتیب 112 روزنه در میلیمتر مربع و 13/24 میکرومتر) بهدست آمد. اپیدرمهای بالایی و پایینی در منطقة شهری (3/5 و 4/5 میکرومتر) بهطور معنیداری نازکتر از پارک جنگلی چیتگر (2/6 و1/6 میکرومتر) اندازهگیری شدند. تغییرات مشاهدهشده راهبردهای فیزیولوژیکی و ساختمانی برگ کاج تهران برای مقابله با آلودگی محیط شهری در تهران است. کاج تهران از نظر آناتومیکی نسبت به این مقدار آلاینده حساس است و برای سازگاری با شرایط موجود ویژگیهای ساختمانی برگ خود را به‌منظور تعدیل تنش ناشی از آلودگی محیط شهری تغییر میدهد.}, keywords_fa = {آلودگی شهری,ویژگی‌های ساختمانی برگ,فلزات سنگین,کاج تهران}, url = {https://www.ijf-isaforestry.ir/article_57327.html}, eprint = {https://www.ijf-isaforestry.ir/article_57327_9154f14a66f8b109f5095fffef88066c.pdf} }
