For this purpose, one-year old seedlings of this species were subjected for 120 days to three different conditions: (i) well-drained control (ii) permanent flooding and (iii) periodic flooding in an experiment as a completely randomized design. The results showed that flooding reduced the ratio of Organic carbon, Total Nitrogen and available Potassium in the soil. Potassium concentration in permanent flooding was reduced to 49% in comparison to control treatment. Also, in the permanent flooding, availability of Fe and Mn increased to 42% and 51% with respect to controls, respectively. Under flooding conditions, nutrient accumulation decreased in leaves of stressed seedlings. In addition, the reduction in N, Ca and Mg in permanently flooded seedlings was greater than those in seedlings growing under periodic flooding. The Zn concentration in leaves diminished as a result of the permanent flooding. In both flooding regimes, Mn concentration in leaves with respect to controls increased 2.5 times, whereas Fe concentration increased 2.5 and 3.5 times, respectively. There was found a positive significant correlation between most of nutrient concentrations of soil and leaf. In conclusion, macro-nutrients in soil and shoot of seedlings under flooding stress were reduced whereas micro-nutrients increased. Taking into account that some macro-nutrient concentrations in soil and leaf of seedlings grown in periodic flooding were greater than those in permanent flooding, it is concluded that for growth of Q. castaneifolia seedlings, periodic flooding is more favorable environment than permanent flooding.}, keywords = {Micro elemental nutrients,Nutrient accumulation,Periodic flooding,Permanent flooding,Quercus castaneifolia}, title_fa = {بررسی برخی تغییرات عناصر پرمصرف و کم‌مصرف در شاخساره و خاک نهال‌های گلدانی بلندمازو (Quercus castaneifolia C.A.Meyer) تحت شرایط غرقابی}, abstract_fa = {هدف این پژوهش بررسی برخی تغییرات عناصر پرمصرف و کم‌مصرف در شاخساره و خاک نهال‌های گلدانی بلندمازو رشدیافته در شرایط غرقابی است. بدین منظور نهال‌های گلدانی در طرحی کاملاً تصادفی در رژیم های غرقابی دائم و دوره‌ای و تیمار شاهد به‌مدت 120 روز بررسی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که غرقابی سبب کاهش درصد کربن آلی، نیتروژن کل و پتاسیم قابل جذب خاک شد، طوری‌که در تیمار غرقابی دائم نسبت به شاهد غلظت پتاسیم قابل جذب 49 درصد کاهش و غلظت آهن و منگنز در دسترس خاک به‌ترتیب 42 و 51 درصد افزایش یافت. در رژیم‌های غرقابی تجمع عناصر غذایی در برگ نهال‌‌ها کاهش یافت و این کاهش برای نیتروژن، کلسیم و منیزیم در محیط غرقابی دائم بیشتر از محیط غرقابی دوره‌ای بود. غلظت روی در محیط غرقابی دائم کاهش یافت. در هر دو رژیم غرقابی دائم و دوره‌ای، در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد غلظت منگنز در برگ نهال‌ها حدود 5/2 برابر و غلظت آهن به ترتیب 5/2 و 5/3 برابر شد. بین اغلب عناصر خاک و برگ همبستگی مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود داشت. در مجموع، عناصر پرمصرف در شاخساره‌ و خاک نهال‌های غرقابی کاهش پیدا کرد اما عناصر کم‌مصرف افزایش یافت. نظر به‌اینکه برخی عناصر پر‌مصرف در خاک و برگ نهال‌های رشدیافته در محیط غرقابی دوره‌ای بیشتر از محیط غرقابی دائم بوده است این انتظار وجود دارد که وضعیت رویش نهال بلند‌مازو در محیط غرقابی دوره‌ای مطلوب‌تر از محیط غرقابی دائم شود. }, keywords_fa = {بلندمازو,تجمع عناصر غذایی,عناصر کم‌مصرف,غرقابی دائم,غرقابی دوره‌ای}, url = {https://www.ijf-isaforestry.ir/article_6048.html}, eprint = {https://www.ijf-isaforestry.ir/article_6048_f6cea0a0a4fe1f032eb276be0681c650.pdf} }
