One year pot based wild pistachio saplings were treated by soil humidity (including 100%, 50% and 20% of field capacity) and artificial shading (including 0%, 30% and 50% of full sunlight) factors in a split plot experiment based on a randomized complete block design with 3 replicates and 10 saplings per plot. After more than 4 months seedlings were pulled out from the pots and N, P, K and Zn contents were measured in their root, stem and leaves. Results showed that drought, shade and their interaction had no effect on concentration of studied elements in root. Zn content is the only stem variable which is affected and decreased by water deficit. Water deficit significantly decreased N and Zn content of leaves as well. Interaction of shading and drought stress had significant effects on N and K content of leaves, so that increasing the amount of shade caused increase of these elements concentration for moderate and severe shade and decreased them for without stress treated saplings. In general we concluded that shade is helpful for drought induced wild pistachio saplings and improves nutrients transportation process from root to shoot.        }, keywords = {nitrogen,Potassium,Phosphorous,zinc}, title_fa = {اثر سایه‌بان مصنوعی و رطوبت خاک بر تسهیم برخی عناصر غذایی در اندام‌های نهال بنه}, abstract_fa = {به‌منظور ارزیابی تأثیر شدت نور و رطوبت خاک بر الگوی توزیع عناصر غذایی در اندام‌های نهال بنه، پژوهشی در ایستگاه تحقیقات البرز کرج در تابستان 1393 انجام گرفت. نهال‌های یکسالۀ گلدانی بنه تحت تیمارهای رطوبت خاک (در سه سطح 100، 50 و 20 درصد ظرفیت زراعی) و سایه‌بان مصنوعی (در سه سطح صفر، 30 و 50 درصد از نور کامل) در قالب طرح کرت‌های خردشده با پایۀ بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار و 10 نهال در هر کرت فرعی قرار گرفتند. پس از گذشت حدود چهار ماه، نهال‌ها از گلدان خارج و غلظت عناصر نیتروژن، پتاسیم، فسفر و روی در اندام‌های ریشه، ساقه و برگ آنها اندازه‌گیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که غلظت عناصر غذایی در ریشۀ نهال بنه تحت تأثیر هیچ‌کدام از عوامل خشکی و سایه و اثر متقابل آنها قرار نگرفت. در ساقه نیز تنها غلظت عنصر روی تحت تأثیر کاهش رطوبت قرار گرفت و کاهش یافت. کاهش رطوبت خاک همچنین سبب کاهش عناصر روی و نیتروژن در برگ‌های نهال بنه شد. اثر متقابل رطوبت خاک و سایه بر غلظت عناصر پتاسیم و ازت برگ معنی‌دار بود، به‌نحوی که افزایش سایه سبب افزایش غلظت این عناصر در برگ نهال‌های تیمارشده با رطوبت‌های 50 و 20 درصد ظرفیت زراعی و کاهش آنها در برگ نهال‌های فاقد تنش خشکی شد. به‌طور کلی می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که استفاده از سایه‌بان برای نهال‌های بنۀ تحت تنش خشکی مفید است و موجب بهبود فرایند انتقال عناصر غذایی از ریشه به اندام هوایی می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {بنه,پتاسیم,روی,فسفر,نیتروژن}, url = {https://www.ijf-isaforestry.ir/article_63564.html}, eprint = {https://www.ijf-isaforestry.ir/article_63564_395d4523c2815a5838a614aba45a4809.pdf} }
