Leaf is one of the most sensitive organs to air pollution, which can be changed morphologically and physiologically under pollution stress. The present study was conducted to evaluate the accumulation of heavy metals in Platanus orientalis and Pinus eldarica leaves and also their morphological (leaf area, leaf moisture and specific leaf area) and physiological (malondialdehid, proline and catalase) responses in the polluted (Center of Tehran) and non-polluted area (Chitgar Forest Park). For this purpose, 20 healthy tress (10 trees of polluted area and 10 tress of non-polluted area) with same age, height and DBH were selected. The results showed the concentration of lead, cadmium, and chromium in the urban area was higher than those obtained in non-polluted area for Platanus orientalis and Pinus eldarica. Zinc concentration in Platanus orientalis leaves of polluted area was less than that in non-polluted area, while there was not observed a significant difference between these areas for Zn in Pinus eldarica needles. Leaf moisture of Platanus orientalis in polluted area was less than that in non-polluted area, but there was not found a significant difference for leaf area and specific leaf area. Proline and catalase activity in polluted area were more than those in non-polluted area for both Platanus orientalis and Pinus eldarica, whereas malondialdehid in polluted area was more in respect to non-polluted area only for Platanus orientalis. There was found an increase for malondialdehid in Platanus orientalis leaves in polluted area compared to non-polluted area, but this value was not significant for Pinus eldarica. According to the findings, it can be said that Pinus eldarica is relatively more tolerate in respect to Platanus orientalis, but Platanus orientalis is more stronger in accumulating pollutants, which is the main reason of large variations of Platanus orientalis compared to Pinus eldarica.}, keywords = {Malondialdehid,Proline,Specefic Leaf Area,Urban Pollution}, title_fa = {پاسخ ریخت‌شناسی و فیزیولوژیک برگ چنار و کاج تهران به آلودگی محیط شهری در تهران}, abstract_fa = {آلودگی محیط شهری صدمات زیادی را بر گیاهان و جانوران وارد می‌آورد. در گیاهان، برگ از حساس‌ترین اندام‌ها به این آلودگی‌ها به‌ویژه آلودگی هواست و در محیط آلوده، ممکن است از نظر ریخت‌شناسی و فیزیولوژیکی تغییراتی داشته باشد.مطالعة حاضر به‌منظور بررسی تأثیر تجمع فلزات سنگین در برگ درختان چنار و کاج تهران و پاسخ ریخت‌شناسی (سطح، رطوبت و سطح ویژۀ برگ) و فیزیولوژیک (مالون دی‌آلدهید، پرولین و آنزیم کاتالاز) این گونه‌ها در منطقة آلوده (مرکز تهران) و منطقة کم‌آلوده (پارک جنگلی چیتگر) انجام پذیرفت. به این منظور، 20 اصله درخت سالم، متقارن و یکسان از نظر سن و قطر و ارتفاع، انتخاب و 3 برگ از جهت غربی تاج هر درخت (10 اصله در منطقة کم‌آلوده و 10 اصله در منطقة کم‌آلوده) نمونه‌برداری شد. غلظت سرب، کادمیم و کروم به‌طور معنی‌داری در برگ‌های چنار بیشتر از کاج تهران و در منطقة آلوده بیشتر از منطقة کم‌آلوده به‌دست آمد p≤0.05))، در‌حالی که غلطت روی در منطقة آلوده کمتر از منطقة کم‌آلوده و در چنار بیشتر از کاج تهران به‌دست آمد. سطح برگ و سطح ویژة برگ چنار منطقة آلوده کمتر از منطقة کم‌آلوده به‌دست آمد، ولی تفاوت معنی‌داری برای کاج تهران مشاهده نشد. درصد رطوبت برگ در هر دو گونه در منطقة آلوده کمتر از منطقة کم‌آلوده به‌دست آمد. محتوای پرولین و مالون دی‌آلدهید در منطقة آلوده بیشتر از منطقة کم‌آلوده و در چنار نیز بیشتر از کاج تهران گزارش شد و بیشترین فعالیت کاتالاز نیز در چنار منطقة آلوده مشاهده شد. با توجه به نتایج تحقیق، می‌توان بیان کرد که کاج تهران به‌نسبت مقاوم‌تر بوده است، ولی از طرف دیگر، مقدار تجمع آلاینده نیز در این گونه کمتر از چنار است. علت احتمالی تأثیرپذیری بیشتر چنار، جذب زیاد آلاینده‌ها توسط این گونه در مقایسه با کاج تهران است. در نتیجه می‌توان گفت چنار، گونه‌ای با بیش‌انباشت زیاد آلاینده‌هاست ولی به‌شدت از نظر ریخت‌شناسی و فیزیولوژیکی تحت تأثیر قرار می‌گیرد.}, keywords_fa = {آلودگی شهری,پرولین,سطح ویژة برگ,مالون دی‌آلدهید}, url = {https://www.ijf-isaforestry.ir/article_68163.html}, eprint = {https://www.ijf-isaforestry.ir/article_68163_fda5179d96ef09fd8ef4f7918b743f4c.pdf} }
