Therefore forest roads are key infrastructures in the development of the region. This study aims to plan forest road network using artificial neural network and GIS regarding forest road technical principles. First the criteria were chosen using Delphi method and then they were weighted regarding their importance in road planning. After that the criteria were combined with corresponding weighs to achieve suitability map based on the degree of suitability for road allocation. Value and coordinates of each pixel were extracted by ENVI software and were normalized in the range of 0-1 for modeling by MATLAB software. In this study two neural networks were used for modeling, including multilayer perceptron (MLP) and radial-bases functions (RBF). The neural networks estimated suitability of different pixels in other districts based on the Patom district results. Using an ArcView GIS extension, PEGGER, two forest road networks were planned. The results showed that MLP provides better ability for estimating suitability of pixels for road passage in comparison with RBF with the R2 of 0.994. A linear regression was also used to compare the results of the proposed neural networks. The results revealed that neural network improves the results in comparison with the linear regression and results showed that the second road alternative was optimum network with regard to the unit cost.}, keywords = {Artificial Neural Network,Forest road network,GIS,linear regression}, title_fa = {طراحی شبکۀ جادۀ جنگلی با استفاده از شبکۀ عصبی مصنوعی و GIS}, abstract_fa = {جاده‌های جنگلی به‌منظور ایجاد دسترسی به جنگل احداث می‌شوند و تأثیر زیربنایی در سازماندهی منطقه دارند. هدف این پژوهش، معرفی راهکاری هوشمند مبتنی بر شبکه‌های عصبی مصنوعی با تلفیق GIS برای طراحی شبکۀ جادۀ جنگلی با در نظر داشتن اصول و معیارهای فنی شبکۀ جادۀ جنگلی است. ابتدا معیارهای مؤثر با استفاده از روش دلفی شناسایی شد و وزن‌دهی آنها با استفاده از روش AHP، انجام گرفت. با تلفیق لایه‌های مختلف و وزن نظیر هر یک به روش وزن‌دهی خطی، نقشۀ شایستگی بخش پاتم برای عبور شبکۀ جاده تهیه شد. ارزش هر پیکسل از نقشه‌ها به‌همراه مختصات، با استفاده از نرم‌افزار ENVI استخراج شد. به‌منظور آماده‌سازی داده‌ها برای ورود به نرم‌افزار MATLAB، همۀ داده‌ها به دامنۀ 0 تا 1 نگاشت شدند. در این مطالعه برای مدل‌سازی، از دو شبکۀ عصبی پرسپترون چندلایه و شعاع مبنا استفاده‌شد. شبکه‌های عصبی درجۀ مطلوبیت عبور جاده برای پنج بخش جنگل را براساس بخش پاتم برآورد کردند. با استفاده از برنامۀ جانبی PEGGER دو شبکۀ جاده نیز طراحی شد. در انتها جاده‌های طراحی‌شده با جادۀ موجود توسط GIS مقایسه و ارزیابی شد. نتایج نشان داد که شبکۀ عصبی مصنوعی پرسپترون چندلایه توانایی بیشتری در برآورد درجۀ مطلوبیت عبور جاده دارد و ضریب تبیین آن 994/0 به‌دست آمد. برای مقایسۀ نتایج شبکه‌های عصبی پیشنهادی از رگرسیون خطی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد هر دو شبکۀ عصبی نتایج بهتری از رگرسیون خطی ارائه دادند و قابلیت لازم را برای تعیین میزان مطلوبیت در طی فرایند طراحی شبکۀ جاده دارند. براساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده گزینۀ دوم طراحی‌شده، برپایۀ میزان ارزش واحد طول به‌عنوان شبکۀ جادۀ بهینه معرفی شد. }, keywords_fa = {رگرسیون خطی,سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی,شبکۀ جادۀ جنگلی,شبکۀ عصبی مصنوعی,نقشۀ شایستگی}, url = {https://www.ijf-isaforestry.ir/article_68164.html}, eprint = {https://www.ijf-isaforestry.ir/article_68164_eafbdced2a4d4a2e76296319f447d9e7.pdf} }
